I couldn’t find much on Uncle Louie online. There’s a page on The Drag Kings of Club Casanova where one page exists with a very menacing Uncle Louie mugshot. Then there’s what can be gleaned from his performer bio on NOLOSE:

Uncle Louie is coming out of retirement specifically for NoLose—with his ward, Payne, in tow! I have seen Uncle Louie and his Mojo, it is mighty. If you’re in New York, for the love of God go see him perform. And if you’re ever at a conference and they need people for an “emergency ukelele lesson”, volunteer; I didn’t, but I’ll be damned if I go to any conferences in the future without a ukelele… just in case.
