A little background if you’re just tuning in: Colleen and I are newlywives, or newlywed wives, or Big Homos. We’re trying to meet our goal of $300 raise for GLSEN, an organization who works with high schools to make them safe, respectful places for ALL students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression. We’re a paltry $76 from our goal right now; if just 5 folks sponsored us for $15.50 apiece, we’d just exceed our goal! And, bonus? If we meet our goal, Sheana (er, I) will dye my hair the wacky color of my sponsors’ choosing. I was going to close this before the ‘thon started, but if I can meet the $300 goal before sponsorship closes I’ll still do it, and post all the pictures.

Someone has suggested purple and green stripes; so help me, if we raise $300 to make schools safer, I’ll go to work on Tuesday with neon stripes if the people choose.
