Level 37: Death in Sakkara: Episode 4
At last! The final episode! This is the review of the final installment - Episode 4 - of the edu-tainment adventure game Death in Sakkara (see prior reviews here (Ep. 1) and here (Ep. 2) and here(Ep.3)). If you want to preserve yourself from spoiling, go ahead and play the first three episodes.
Caught up? Great. When this episode starts you are trapped underground with only the tool given to you by the weird old man in the antique store. It’ll have to suffice, since without it you’ll never make it out alive. Plus, you’ll always look this depressed:

Through sheer trial and error you find your way out of the seedy underground, and when you escape you see, what’s that? The bad guys escaping in their rickety truck! Leave it to Charles and his trusty steed, er, motorcycle to catch them.

You go girl! Work that motorcycle!
In the end, the game comes to a … resolved … resolution, the kind of awkward situation tinged with love and sadness that any relationship ends with. And so ends my relationship with Death in Sakkara.

… Or does it?

In other words, I'm a big, fat, queer, feminist meanie, and I am totally out to get you. Graaagh!
[…] And for those who’d like to get their game on early, the hands-down winner from last year’s reviews was Death in Sakkara, which we reviewed in a four-part series; the other three reviews can be found here, here and here. […]
