Sheepish Wednesday
After spending the morning grading extra credit responses, I rewarded myself by an hour or so of mindless surfing and livejournalling. The hot new thing - at least for my friends - seems to be Twitter. I’m still not sure I’m entirely clear on the purpose, other than that, used in conjunction with Google Talk, it’s a sort of massive network chat thing. If you don’t have Gmail, or you just don’t want it to be used for that, you can update periodically… sort of a “what I’m doing now” thing. Micro-blogging, I guess. If you’re already on twitter, feel free to add me.
Elsewhere in the land of sheepery? Reading about Holidailies and realizing that success with NaBloPoMo is within grasp, I’ve decided to commit to - alas! alack! - another month of blogging.
Tonight, my partner and I will bake bread from scratch and start the sweet potatoes. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and I’ll talk a little about what I’m thankful for, and anyone following this can be thankful that I won’t be blathering on incessantly about memes.

The criticisms of my students would serve as a good warning to visitors of Seeworthy: she talks too fast, she's too hard on us, she assigns too much work, and you have to be a dyke to get a good grade.
In other words, I'm a big, fat, queer, feminist meanie, and I am totally out to get you. Graaagh!
