Level 17: MonstersGame
An epic battle between vampire and werewolf. Or something.
MonstersGame is part RPG, part “strategy” and 100% pretty grapics. While you never really see what your own character looks like, you do get pretty images of your “sentinel” - the animal you choose to guard you - as well as various kinds of armor, weaponry and magic rings. You spend the game raiding, battling folks from the opposite species of you, and building up your strengths.

Aw yeah. While you’re not off battling the local werewolf population (if you’re a vampire), you can spend your time working in the graveyard. The higher you level, the “better” your jobs get - I’m currently a coroner. Fun! You can also join clans. Like the Gay Gay Gay vampire clan I joined below.

I feel I should say they’re gay, in case you couldn’t notice. They’re subtle like that.
In the town (pictured above) you can go shopping, train your sentinel, or work in the graveyard. There’s not a ton of stuff going on in the game, but the basic functions are pretty neat, and it’s easy to progress rapidly.

For example, you get experience by battling foes of the same or higher level as you. I was all prepared to come whine about how I was robbed by a werewolf trying to get a screencap of a “battle” but, alas, I won against all odds.

The criticisms of my students would serve as a good warning to visitors of Seeworthy: she talks too fast, she's too hard on us, she assigns too much work, and you have to be a dyke to get a good grade.
In other words, I'm a big, fat, queer, feminist meanie, and I am totally out to get you. Graaagh!
If I were going to be anything, I’d be a vampire. If I were going to be a vampire, I would most definitely be a gay vampire.
Just surfing through some Blogathon sites as I’m pluggin away also….best of luck to you and thanks for the cool posts.
