Level 34: Cuisine King

POSTED BY Sheana on Jul 29 under Blogathon 2007

In Cuisine King, you start out as a novice chef, trying to work your way up the chefly ladder by challenging other chefs. During the game you serve people their orders by clicking on a row of at least two. However, if you click too many times on the wrong row, your hand gets a […]

Level 33: Poom

POSTED BY Colleen on Jul 29 under Blogathon 2007

Poom is a game where a ball drops and you have to use your movable floor to stop it from falling through gaping hole at the bottom of the screen.

If you succeed, the ball will bounce up again (though not as high) and then fall back and the movable floor part you control will morph. […]

Level 32: Mood Swings

POSTED BY Sheana on Jul 28 under Blogathon 2007

Here’s what you do: clear the level of all the little smilies. You have a limited number of clicks to change the various smilies to the one you want, and little bolts of light jettison out from the ones you burst.

I like this game because the voices that cheer you on (or chastise you) sound like chipmunks, and when you get a home run they […]

Score:
There is definetely a learning curve as you figure out the depth of the picture and how fast your can hit the ball. I’ve played four matches and haven’t won a single one yet, but I’m doing better.

Level 28: We Are Legend

POSTED BY Sheana on Jul 28 under Blogathon 2007

We’re not obsessed with the undead. I promise.
It’s just that when there comes along a game which combines rock, a zombie apocalypse AND giant flames, I couldn’t resist. I’m sorry. But you’ll thank me.

Ah yes, the severe mother of the former rock legend. When the zombies came, all his fans died, as did his fellow […]
