VOTE.
I’m on my way out to vote… I’ve been fairly torn since my favorite candidate dropped out a while ago, but I think I’ve committed. Walking around campus this morning was surreal… you’d think nobody had ever heard of Clinton, with all the Obama posters everywhere.
Anyhow, whether you vote for Clinton or Obama, be sure to get out and vote. Neither are great on fat stuff, but none of the current options really are.

The criticisms of my students would serve as a good warning to visitors of Seeworthy: she talks too fast, she's too hard on us, she assigns too much work, and you have to be a dyke to get a good grade.

Well, when asked about the “omg childhood obesity EPIDEMIC” Obama did say that basically it was up to parents to help their kids make good choices, not the government to regulate advertising. Hillary’s response is a lot of doom and gloom about how fat kids are, and how the government needs to regulate ads.
But that’s the only time I’ve seen either of them talk about anything even related to the topic.
